Job Summary
- As a Sales Intern you will help the company sell its products by finding potential customers, reaching out to them, and supporting the sales team with everyday tasks. You will make phone calls, update customer records, and learn in the process.
Key Responsibility
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce our loan products and services.
- Identify and understand the client’s financial needs to suggest suitable loan options.
- Generate leads, follow up on referrals, and ensure timely and effective conversion of leads to successful loan applications.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for loan product sales.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients by coordinating with relevant departments to complete loan applications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call outcomes, sales achievements, and market feedback for management review.

- Act as primary point of contact for customers’ enquiry by ensuring prompt and efficient responses.

Qualifications and Requirements for 2026 Internship Program at Princeps Credit Systems Limited (PCSL):
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
