Job Description
- We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Graduate Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team.
- This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and gain practical experience in a structured business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Accounts team in daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Assist with posting of expenses, payments and other transactions into the accounting/ERP system.
- Support bank and ledger reconciliation activities.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support the preparation and filing of financial documents and records.
- Assist with expense and payment documentation and processing.
- Support month-end reporting and other accounting schedules.
- Assist with audit preparation and provision of supporting documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
