Who Can Apply for Chinese Government Scholarship

How to Apply Without Getting Lost in Portals
There is one official application system. Unofficial agents cannot submit a valid CSC form for you.

Because embassy deadlines differ by country, the only safe rule is to treat the earliest published date as your date.
How Competitive Is It?
CSC does not publish a single official acceptance rate. Independent estimates based on application volume and awards often land near the high teens to low twenties percent. That is more open than elite UK or US government scholarships, but it is not easy.

- Engineering and technology take a heavy slice of funded places
