Job Description:
- Learn and develop strong knowledge of the Company’s products, brands, specifications, features, and SKUs.
- Understand product categories, pricing, stock availability, and product differences.
- Participate actively in product and sales training sessions.
- Learn the Company’s sales processes, customer service standards, and inventory procedures.
- Assist with stock identification, counting, arrangement, documentation, and reconciliation during training.
- Support the Sales and Inventory teams with assigned daily activities.
- Learn how to use the Company’s ERP and other relevant systems.
- Develop the ability to recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Assist customers and respond to product-related enquiries under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of product and stock information.
- Complete assigned assessments, product tests, and practical exercises.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in product knowledge, accuracy, communication, and work performance.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
