Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist, Plastics Delta – 0098
Role Overview
This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the efficient operation of electrical components of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and lighting installations.
- Diagnose electrical faults and equipment malfunctions using appropriate testing and diagnostic tools.
- Read, interpret, and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Safely shut down machines by strictly following approved switch off and lockout procedures.
- Ensure machines are properly cleaned after operations, including the toggle base platform.
- Inspect hydraulic hoses, joints, and fittings to identify and address leakages.
- Monitor machinery for lubrication oil leaks and report or correct issues promptly.
- Ensure barrel heaters and related components are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and maintenance standards within the work environment
