- Educational Qualification: BSc or HND in Engineering, Geography, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, Operations, or related fields.
- Academic Performance: Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) for BSc graduates OR Upper Credit for HND holders.
- National Service: Must possess an NYSC Completion Certificate or Exemption Certificate.
- Age Limit: Not more than 30 years old at the time of application.
