- Create a GIRAF Account: Start by creating an account on the GIRAF platform. If you already have an account from previous years, you can use it, but make sure to reset your password if necessary.
- Complete the Application Form: Once your account is active, log in and navigate to the “Competitive Calls” tab in your GIRAF profile. Click on the “International training application 2025-2026” button to access your application form.
- Fill Out the Form: Carefully fill out the form. You can save your progress and return to complete it later. Make sure all information is accurate and complete.
- Submit Your Application: After completing the form, click on “Submit my application.” Once submitted, you can no longer modify your application, but you can still view it under the “My Submitted Files” table.
