Job Title: Graphics and Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Graphics & Brand Visuals (Primary Focus)
Design high-quality visuals including:
- Flyers
- Social media carousels
- Presentation slides & decks
- Templates & branded layouts.
Quote graphics:
- Banners & promotional materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Create reusable templates to improve efficiency
- Ensure visuals align with campaigns and program themes.
Team Oversight & Workflow Coordination:
- Review and approve team outputs before publishing
- Ensure deadlines and content schedules are met
- Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
- Monitor task completion and performance standards.
Operational & Program Support:
- Support planning and rollout of programs and campaigns
- Assist in organizing content calendars and promotional timelines
- Identify workflow improvements to increase productivity
- Help maintain structure across different arms of the business.
