Eligibility Requirements

  • Hold or expect to earn a bachelor’s degree (or higher) by July 2026.
  • Be an international or U.S. student, with preference given to applicants from the McDonnell Academy’s partner universities.
  • Submit a separate application for the McDonnell Academy in addition to the WashU graduate program application.
  • Note: The fellowship is not available for undergraduate studies.
