1. Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful data models, KPIs, and analytical outputs.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports and insights.
- Support business functions with ad-hoc analysis and decision-support reporting.
- Interpret and communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with Data Engineers and IT teams to ensure availability and integrity of data sources.
- Support the development and adoption of reporting standards, governance, and best practices.
- Monitor business performance metrics and provide proactive insights to improve operational effectiveness.
- Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and analytical processes.
- Support end users through training, user guides, and analytics adoption initiatives.
- Ensure that data compliance and security requirements are adhered to during analysis and reporting activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in business intelligence, analytics, and visualization technologies.

Qualification:
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or any related field.
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
Technical/Professional Experience:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
- Understanding of data modelling concepts and reporting best practices.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting large and complex datasets.
- Experience gathering business and reporting requirements from stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies and cloud ecosystem is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power Query, DAX, and analytical tools.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Experience working within an Agile framework, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis or programming languages such as Python or R is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

2. Job Title: HRIS & People Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
Headcount Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate and submit monthly headcount reports by the 8th of every month.
- Develop analytics dashboards with insights on employee trends, turnover, and workforce metrics.
- Share insights with management to support data-driven decision-making.
Audit:
- Conduct periodic pre-audit checks to ensure accurate documentation and readiness for internal and external audits.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
- Track, log, and resolve all audit issues within one week of notice.
- Maintain an audit tracker with action plans and resolution timelines.
Payroll Support:
- Compile and deliver monthly payroll input to the Payroll Team by the 10th of each month.
- Prepare payroll inputs by compiling overtime data for across SBUs.
- Process and include sales bonuses and productivity bonuses from SBUs
- Ensure accuracy of all payroll-related data before submission.
- Provide clarification to employees on payroll-related issues when required.
Employee Records & Filing:
- Supervise completion of new employee filing by the 15th of the new month.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee digital and physical files.
- Ensure all manager files across are completed (both physical and digital) within set timelines.
- Regularly audit employee files for accuracy and completeness.
Policy Development, Review & Documentation:
- Review, develop, and update HR policies to reflect evolving business needs and compliance requirements as needed.
- Maintain a central repository for all HR policies and ensure easy access.
Business Support (SBU Support & Projects):
- Support business projects as required by Head of Reward and shared services.
- Provide HR support on cross-functional projects as required.
